Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Spring Training Round 2

    Started with 5 core principles, Credio, SSH, Chain Breakers, Grass Grabbers and got after it.

    15 stations were set up for the pax. Tabata style 45 second on 15 seconds break

    1. Block Swings
    2. Merkins
    3. 60 lb Coupon squats
    4. Surrenders
    5. Shoulder Press
    6. Curls
    7. Calf Raises
    8. Burpees
    9. LBC
    10. Mike tyson
    11. Dry Docks
    12. Big Boys
    13. Klinger Kick
    14. Superman
    15. 10 yard shuffle.

    Pax then completed a half mile Indian Run.

    Round 2:

    1. Block Swings
    2. Merkins
