Strong group of 10 rucked 3.67 miles. Trail led thru Ottawa Park to the University of Toledo Glass Bowl, around the stadium and back.
Splinter was the “6” this morning. He mentioned that he intends to take a couple weeks off to heal but secretly has no intention to do so.
