Here’s the thang:
Colonel, Sipe, Stick, Brita, Mickey, Ozzie, Pink Panther, Mercy, honeymoon, Hammer, Tiny Dancer, and H2 (if I forgot someone, call me out) showed up to pacesetter to complete the spartan!
About a 1/4 mile jog to warm up. Then we completed 10 100yd sprints with 15 push ups at the end of each one. Then we did eleven 100yd sprints with ten push ups at the end of each one. For the sake of time we did the last nine sprints consecutively. It was awesome! Cannot wait to do it again.30 x 100 yd sprints and around 260 push ups. Ended with COT.
