Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, Chain Breakers and Gummy Worms
Work-Out
Do a set of exercises then move your block to the next station. Leave your block and take a mozie around the square. When you get back to your block, do those exercises, move it to the next station, leave it, repeato.

10 Lunges with the block on your right shoulder – 1 is 1
15 curl press
20 Klinger Kicks – 2 is 1
Rifle carry to the next cone

5 Manmakers
10 Goblet Squats
15 squirls
20 Plank Twists with hands on the block
