    Warm-Up – SSH, Old Man Windmills, Michael Phelps, Gummy Worms

    Work-Out –
    Do a round of exercises for 6 minutes,
    Round 1
    5 Thrusters
    10 Uneven Merkins – 5 on each side
    15 Squats
    20 second Side Plank on each side
    Lunge Walk to the cone, mozie back
    Repeato
    Mozie all the way around the square

    Round 2
    5 Squirls
    10 Decline Diamond Merkins
    15 Speed Skaters – 2 is 1
    20 Flutter Kicks – 4 is 1
    Bear Crawl to the cone, mozie back
    Repeato
    Mozie all the way around the square

    Round 3
    5 manmakers
    10 Incline Merkins
    15 horsey ups
    20 plank twists – 2 is 1
    Tea Bag Twist to the cone, mozie back
    Repeato
    mozie all the way around the sqaure
