    Warm-Up with Side Straddle Hops, Windmills and Chain Breakers, gummy worms then some running warm-ups

    The Beatdown

    Round 1
    Set-up a 5 sided star with a cone in the middle. Exercises at each cone and one in the middle. 10 reps of each. Head to the middle after each trip to a corner of the Star. Repeato for 8 minutes. Then a relay race.

    Middle – 2 triple merkin burpees

    Trunk Twist Shoulder Tap
    Al “Squat” Gore – squat with a 5 second Al Gore at the bottom
    Merkin Plank – merkin with a 5 second plank at the top

    Game Time – Shuttlecock Relay! Use rackets to hit a shuttlecock, down and back.

    Round 2 – pick your favorite 4

    Game Time – Bouncing Bucket Ball Relay – each team gets a 5-gallon bucket and a small basketball. They have to bounce the ball and catch it in the bucket. If successful, move and throw from where you caught it, if you don’t catch it try again until you do. Down and back.

    Round 3 – pick your favorite 3

    PAX in attendance – Shooter, Speedo, Jobu, Bagels, B-Rad, Simmons, Goose, Brita, Mickey, Yeast, Jake the Snake, Beaker, Mr. Belding, Goat and Brady (Mickey’s son). Q’d by Beaker
