Warm up: 15 SSH, stretching, Michael Phelps
The Thang
Lunge with merkin out and back about 40 yards total.
Rifle Carry cinder block out and back.
Then 20 (2;1) curls
Then we went over to the small mound whilst Rifle carrying our blocks.
Did 8s.
7 overhead press lunge to mound, other side of mound 1 merkin.
Repeat with 6 over head press and 2 Merkins etc..
Towards the end we played a hybrid version of swamp ball.
