One part Fitness, one part Intellectual, mix in some Fellowship and you have a calorie burn for the body that fuels the soul. Throw in some weight in a ruck sack, head off on a 3-4 mile hike while your mind is led through Q source material straight from the creators of F3.
Q Source Ruck – Positive Habit Transfer / Free Run Pre Run
Started in the Circle for Trust went through the Mission Statement and the Core Principles., followed by a Counterama.
Before we broke off into the Running Group and the Ruck Group, we briefly went over the Q Source questions to give the runners something to ponder during there run.
The ruck began and we broke off into a 2 wide formation. The questions we discussed:
1) Can you learn to do right from a man who does things wrong?
2) What is the purpose of building good habits?
3) What is the purpose of passing good habits to others?

4) What is the cost of bad habits?
5) What is the benefit of good habits?
6) What good habits could be substituted for bad habits? (make a plan to fight bad habits)
We finished just before the Spartan Beatdown.
