One part Fitness, one part Intellectual, mix in some Fellowship and you have a calorie burn for the body that fuels the soul. Throw in some weight in a ruck sack, head off on a 3-4 mile hike while your mind is led through Q source material straight from the creators of F3.

    The ruck was Down East Boundary then South on River Road out to the Maple Street river access and back to East 6th where we headed back to the Fortress and did a short bonus lap. See discussion points below:

    Q: Is there a pattern of learning that best serve the apprentice? A: An apprentice first watches, then helps and finally does.
    Q: How does a leader turn head-knowledge into heart-knowledge? A: Apprenticeship makes intuitive by training that which is counter intuitive by nature.
    Q: What incentive does a leader have to train his subordinates? A: The virtuous leader makes himself dispensible.
