Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!
The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Indian Run to the hill
‘The Bourbon Special’
Set 1 – Run up the hill, do 1 burpee at top, run back down, walk to cone and back to base of hill.
Set 2 – Run up the hill 2x, do 2 burpees at top on last run up hill, run back down, walk to cone and back to base of hill.
Set 3 – Run up the hill 3x, do 3 burpees at top on last run up hill, run back down, walk to cone and back to base of hill.
Rinse and repeat until you reach set 10.
