Warm-Up:
The day started with a poorly thought out game of Spike Ball, a burpee for each point scored on you.
We progressed to running pass routes (slants, curls, flys). I guess it was worth trying, but it sucked.
Phase 1:
We then moved on to the playground. Groups of 2 performed a total of 100 pull-ups/chins, 100 ‘merkins, 100 dips, 100 swing pull-ups. We moseyed back to the shovel flag and knocked out Jack Webbs to 10.
Phase 2:
Power Skips 30 yards
Bounding 20 yards

Phase 3:
Ab Circle, 3 PAX choice
COT ended with thoughts/prayers for Romano’s wife Stacey and her surgery Wednesday, Rube’s wife Courtney and her surgery Wednesday, Cody LaValley, all others having family issues during this holiday season.
