   Scrooge’s “Feets” of Speed
   8 total PAX decided to fight against the wind on a nice and breezy Sunday morning for some easy running.
   Pax: Ollie, Sipe, Rose, Wake, Mickey, Hacksaw, Colonel, Scrooge

   Warm Up:
   Half mile nice and easy mosey

   The Thing
   Time Trials to get a record of how fast the PAX are to compare at a later undisclosed date.
   1st Time Trial 400m Sprint
   Most PAX killed it I’m pretty sure Mickey beat Michael Johnson’s previous record and YHC wanted to puke after the first 400m.
   45 seconds of the following
   Merkins
   Jump Squats
   LBC’s

   2nd Time Trial 200m Sprint
   I think I saw Mickey pass Usain Bolt with Hacksaw right on his tail on this one while the rest of the PAX killed it as well.
   45 seconds of the following
   Hand Release Merkins
   Jumping Lunges
   Imperial Walkers

   3 Time Trial 100m Sprint
   YHC thought he was fast until getting passed up by both Colonel and Hacksaw
   45 Seconds of the following
   Diamond Merkins
   Air Squats
   Plank

   Mosey back to the shovel flag while YHC was catching his breath for some AB Workout
   45 Seconds of
   Plank
   LBCs
   Sipe Side Planks

   End in COT with PAX lifting up prayer requests for PAX that are injured, Romano’s wife, Soldiers serving and for us Men to become better leaders.
