The Q: Mayor. The PAX: Nails, Mickey, Sipe, Worm, Mayor, Splinter and Gap. Warmed up in cadence with Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, Merkins and Toy Soldiers. PAX, led by the American flag, mosied to Sylvania Chiropractic for 20 Burpees in cadence. Then we mosied to the marquis in front of Planet Fitness. Mayor committed to Mickey that he would do 10 burpees if he tried to EH someone. Mickey was up for the challenge but nobody was around at 6:00am. We did the bear crawl enduro around the sign several times. PAX mosied to behind Tam-O’Shanter. We jumped up on the light pole bases for 1 minute. Repeato. Then we lined up 1 yard away from curb and jumped up to curb and back for 1 minute in cadence (led by Mickey). PAX mosied to sign in front of Senior Center where we did 20 Merkins in cadence led by Sipe. PAX mosied to Library where we were greeted by the Sylvania Police with a honk for our American flag. We were also greeted with a honk by Mailman who I believe was heading to or from a ruck. We did a monster minute of max dips on the library benches. PAX then mosied back to SV parking lot led by Mickey. In true F3 fashion, Splinter and Mickey led the PAX to circle back for the six. Mickey passed the flag to the six and he brought us home. Each of the seven PAX members shared a thought and/or prayer in our COT. The overriding theme was to support our M’s in anticipation of Thanksgiving. They have already begun worrying about what to make, when they will buy it and when they will make it. Let’s give them extra support and lead our families to enjoy visits with family and friends and not sweat the small stuff.
