    Ten Commandments
    Q Mayor
PAX We were blessed by the out of town fellow F3 “The Menace” (Scrooge’s brother-in-law from Brexton), Scrooge, Bluto, Sipe, Nails, Mailman and Mayor.
We moseyed around to the flag pole and started under Old Glory with the 5 Principles and mission. Then we moseyed over to the practice field. Ten markers lined the sideline. We bear crawled to the first marked and read the first commandment (one God) and completed merkins in cadence, then ran back to our starting point. We did this thru each of the commandments as we did LBC’s, Side Staddle Hops, Klinger Kicks, Squat Jumps, Big Boy Sit-ups, Side Hops, Mt Climbers, Lunges and finally Burpees.

The Menace shared the difference between the first five and the second five Commandments. The first five are about God and the second five are about us. We loved it so much we decided to do it again. After everyone thought we were done with bear crawls, we played bear crawl soccer for the final 10 minutes. Then we moseyed back to Old Glory for name-o-rama. We learned about Nails as he was the sixth man. Then Mayor led in prayer. Before we left, we did 47 push ups for Gap (we think this was the first Sunday he missed).

After a quick audible from a preruck due to the terrible thing known as a time change a few good men decided it would be wise to get a few more miles in under the ruck before the GrowRuck. We traveled and saw the sights which included Vince Palko Enterprises as well as Lowe’s. 3 miles in 46 minutes with a few minutes to share and finish up with the COT.

Thanks for welcoming my brother in law he a had a great time and thanks again for the opportunity to lead.
