Co Q by Mayor and Brita (both born in Flint so we called it the Flintstones 1st anniversary of F3)
PAX Gap, Sipe, Sleeves, Nails, Mickey, Sideshow, Model, Jimmy Dean, Mayor and Brita.
Mayor, Brita and Nails celebrated their 1 year anniversary.
The THANG: Mayor took the first half of the Q starting with a tribute to Magoo from Cleveland. On 5/20/17, Magoo got up around 4:00am driving here from Cleveland to plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership. Then Mayor read the 5 principles of F3. The remainder of the workout was repeated from the backblast of Magoo’s beatdown from 1 year ago (abbreviated given the shorter beatdown of 45 mins on Sundays vs 60 mins on Saturdays). We moseyed back to the NW corner of the track. We warmed up in cadence with side straddle hops, Freddie walkers, squats with Schotty hop and Merkins. We ran 1 lap and picked up the six before completing 10 burpees (repeato). Then we moseyed to the visitors bleachers for 20 Derkins followed by 20 dips (repeato). Finally, we did 20 Monkey Humpers before turning the Q over to Brita. (See Brita’s Backblast)
