   The Thang
   9 men joined in an intermittent driving rain for a station style workout out. The stations were 4 points on the track.

   Station 1
   20 diamond merkins, 30 American hammers, 10 side straddle hops, 10 military merkins, 20 imperial walkers. Run a lap and a quarter to next station
   Station 2
   30 Derkins, 30 American hammers, 10 side straddle hops, 10 military merkins, 20 imperial walkers. Runs a lap and a quarter to next station
   Station 3
   Clock merkins (25), 30 American hammers, 10 side straddle hops, 10 military merkins, 20 imperial walkers
   Station 4
   20 punch out merkins, 30 American hammers, 10 side straddle hops, 10 military merkins, 20 imperial walkers. Run a lap and a quarter to starting station
   Bonus station
   10 Bonnie Blair’s
   10 merkins
   10 Bonnie Blair’s
   10 merkins

   Indian run for two laps- two burpees and then take the lead

   COR-9
   NOR- no hate, respect for sideshow
   The 6 was Tidwell. 2nd time out. Talked about why he is out and what he is hoping to get from the group. Encouraged by all to keep posting.
   COT- offered up some prayers for fellow PAX and thanked the group for the support at my VQ
