   Scrooge’s Sunday Stupendous Spectacle

   On a nice and beautiful Sunday morning YHC showed up a little early to see I was beat to the AO by Cousteau who was off and rucking somewhere in the wild of Sylvania. After going back and forth quite a few times on what to do YHC had what I would call Scrooge’s ADD workout. We started off with a little warm up and then started moseying back towards the track. Once finding a dry patch of pavement YHC decided it was a great time to get some merkins, ab work and squats in followed by a mosey around the track towards the bleachers. We hopped the fence to get to the bleachers to knock out some bleacher work with 15 dips after each row. After we headed under the bleachers to find some more dry pavement to get some more merkins, ab work, & squats. Moseyed to the practice field to get in some bear crawls and lunges and then repeato and back to under the bleachers for some more work. After we moseyed the track and got back to the concession stand for more dry pavement and then back to the shovel flag.
   Thanks fellas for the chance to lead it’s always an honor and thanks for being willing to peek into the mind of Scrooge with his ADD for working out and always hoping to find some dry pavement to stay wet so Scrooge doesn’t shrivel up.
