Warm-Up – in cadence
Side straddle hops – 15, Windmills – 15, Chain Breakers – 10 and Gummy Worms – 5
We’re playing 5 card draw, F3 style.
Split into 4 groups
After each set of exercises, ex. after your 10 Mike Tysons, run down to the other end and pick your 5 cards from the deck. Take them back to base with you. After your next set of exercises, ex. American Hammers, you can swap out between 1 – 4 cards. When everyone has finished we see who are the winners.
Repeato for hands 2 – 4.
You win by collecting the required hand, you lose if you don’t
1st – 2 pair
2nd – 3 of a kind
3rd – straight
4th – one of each suit
5th – hand that totals exactly 30 points. Face cards are worth 10.
1st
10 Mike Tysons, 15 – Amer. Hammers, 20 – Mike Tysons, 25 Amer. Hammers – if you reached the goal, air presses while the teams that didn’t reach the goal did 15 burpees
2nd
10 -Horsey Ups, 15 – Crunchy Frogs, 20 – Horsey Ups, 25 Crunchy Frogs – if you reached the goal SSH, if you didn’t 15 burpees
3rd
10 – Klinger Kicks , 15 – Jump Squats, 20 – Klinger Kicks, 25 – Jump Squats – if you reached the goal shoulder taps, otherwise 15 burpees
4th
10 – Monkey Humpers, 15 – Lunges, 20 – Monkey Humpers, 25 – Lunges – if you reached the goal Plank, otherwise 15 burpees
5th – back to round 1 exercises
