Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Draw large circles (plates).
    Each person fill the plate with all the things they look forward to eating on Thanksgiving by writing in the circle.
    Mark any dishes that will be topped
    with gravy, whipped cream, etc. with *
    Work from plate to plate and do the exercises together (not necessarily in cadence).
    Any dish with gravy, add 5 to the number written.

    Turkey: 20 Merkins
    Ham: 40 Calf Raises
    Fish: 10 V-Ups
    Mashed potatoes: 20 Big Boys
    Stuffing: 10 Burpees
    Vegetable: 20 SSH
    Vegetable Casserole (ie. Green Bean Casserole): 20 Squat Star Jumps
    Sweet potato casserole: 5 Inch Worms
    Corn Casserole: 20 Plank Jack Shoulder Taps (2is1)
    Mac n Cheese: 10 Donkey Kicks
    Bread: 10 Carolina Dry Docks (Butter: +5)
    Pumpkin Pie: 10 Lt. Dans (whipped cream +2)
    Apple/Fruit Pie: 20 Dips (a la mode: +5)
    Cake or Cookies: 15 box jumps on first big step
