Workout
10 decline merkins and 10 goblet squats leave your block and mozie to the middle, do a burpee, then 1 lunge (2 is one) and 1 LBC (4 is 1), another burpee on your way back. Total number of reps is 24.
Reduce to 9 decline merkins and 9 goblet squats, mozie and burpee, then 2 lunges (2 is 1) and 2 LBC’s (4 is 1) and another burpee on the way back. Continue on until you’ve done 1 decine merkin and 1 goblet squat, etc.
2 down and backs and start the next set
10 curl presses and 10 Captain American Hammers (2 is 1) mozie and 1 inchworm, then 1 Squat Jump and 1 Freddie Mercury (4 is 1), mozie and inchworm on the way back. Repeato pattern from before.
One game of disc tag to end the day.
