The Thang:
Started preciously at 530, covered core principles, briefly described workout and started with warm up of 25 side straddle hops, 15 windmills, and a lap around the school.
Did exercises in increments of 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest through 4 minutes. Exercises included:
-burpees, American hammers, push ups, squats, tricep dips, LBC’s, Superman, Alternating lunge jumps,
The Pax performed strong today and made it through the workout entertained by Bluto and Billy Bob’s banter. Workout was also assisted by a wide range of early 2000’s tunes….
Ended with COR NOR COT, welcomed 3 new FNG’s, Green Peace found us on Google, Zebra was brought in by Belding, and Doyt was brought in by Bullock.
