Stranahan/Wildwood Run
PAX: Cogsworth, Mailman, Mickey, Ozzie, Springs, Sideshow, Motorboat, Brita, Splinter, Trinity, Ollie, Glitch, Scrooge, Rose
The Thang: The PAX Circled up at 0530 on cool (relative to recent temperatures) July morning for the F3 principles.
The PAX headed out down the trails behind Stranahan, with the intention of running the red trail loop, heading into Wildwood Park and back. The PAX eventually split into three smaller groups, each of which ran their own variation of the red trail loop and the PAX ended up back at Stranahan at 0615.
The Q ended with a COT. Ollie was our “6” and he shared a great message about living with integrity. We finished with prayers for the Troops, anyone dealing with health struggles, and patience as we go along with our daily lives and responsibilities.
