In honor of Mayor’s 1000th post, we did a modified version of a 2020 Iron Pax workout. Below is the workout, but instead of the 400m run, we ran a wide loop down to the gate and back around the parking lot. On each round, we dropped the an exercise, starting with the squats. We did a double-lap at the bottom of the ladder and added the burpees back, then the bonnie blairs, etc.
Mayor was the honorary 6 and many Pax headed over to Starbucks afterwards in his honor.
