The Thang: We started with a warm up of various back stretches since I am on the IR with back issues. We then mosyed around the school at a light jog.
We circled up at the entrance of the school and completed the following: 6 stations set up around a middle station that we would return to after each round. We started with 5 reps and upped it 2 reps every round. Stations consisted of Merkins, Dips, Klinger Kicks, Mt Climbers, Lunges, Squats, and the middle station that we returned to was Inchworms.
COT: COR, NOR, The 6 (Mayor), Announcemtns, and Prayers.
