“The Thang”:
** Put Cones at 25-yard, 50-yard, 25-yard lines on field or parking lot. Pick seven exercises…For Set 1, run to first cone, do seven reps of the exercise, run to second cone, do seven more reps, run to third cone, do seven more reps, turn-around repeat back to start.
– Round 1: Merkins (chest/shoulders)
– Round 2: Squats (legs)
– Round 3: LBCs (abs)
– Round 4: Raise the Roofs (shoulders)
– Round 5: Lunges – x2 is 1 (legs)
– Round 6: Klinger Kicks – x2 is 1 (abs)
– Round 7: Carolina Dry Docks (shoulders/chest)
