The Thang: Lots of bitching & complaining from the pax about the lack of reps the last time I Q’d so I doubled it up. We did 300 & 200 reps of side straddle hops, Merkins & Klinger kicks. After doing 25 you had to run about 40. yards and do 10 squats. Overall we ran about 35 times. We also heard a lot of complaining about the 2002 Alternative Rock playlist. Apparently Mole isn’t a fan of Fred Durst. Who knew?
