    15 SSH, 10 Old Man Windmills, 10 chain breakers, 5 Gummy Worms

    Workout
    Basically going to play 3 different games for 10 minutes each. There will be some exercises to do while you “play”

    Tired of Bowling
    You will do the following workout between “playing” rounds of cornhole
    5 burpees, 10 wide merkins, 15 horsey ups, 20 American Hammers (2 is 1)
    After you’ve done your workout, take turns trying to score. Everyone gets to take a turn. Keep track. Every cone you knock down with a tire = 1 point.
    Bear Crawl to the Beaker Block and mozie back.
    Repeato. Winner will be which team has the most points at the end of the 10 minutes.

    Knock Down
    You will do the following workout between “playing” rounds ladder golf
    5 inchworms, 10 narrow merkins, 15 lunges (2 is 1), 20 Crunchy Frogs
    After you’ve done your workout, take turns trying to score. Everyone gets to take a turn. Keep Track. Each time someone knocks down the solo cup with the frisbee = 1 point
    Grog Hop to the Beaker Block and mozie back.
    Repeato. Winner will be which team has the most points at the end of the 10 minutes.

    JV Jarts
    You will do the following workout between “playing” rounds of Jarts.
    5 Mike Tysons, 10 hand-release merkins, 15 Speed Skaters, 20 Klinger Kicks (2 is 1)
    After you’ve done your workout, take turns trying to score. Everyone gets to take a turn. Keep Track. 3 points for center, 1 point for outer ring. NO points if you miss.
    Crab Walk to the Beaker block and mozie back.
    Repeato. Winner will be which team has the most points at the end of the 10 minutes.

    Truly humbled by this group. Bushwood and Zoo guys moved their workouts to Ant Hill, secretly, so that they could be there for my birthday. Runners made sure to come by while we were doing warm-ups. Humbled by the fellowship. I brought ice cream and Cobra and Wild Sprayer brought coffee and donuts. It was truly a glorious way to start my 50th trip around the sun.
