Boat Races, part 2 – January 18, 2024
AO – Ant Hill
QIC – Mole
PAX – Tupac, Drago, Pixar, Mayor, Toothpicks, Bob Vance, Nails, and Mole as Q.
We divided into two teams and there were four stations.
Station 1 – Run 75 yards out and back then do 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats. This was the timer station.
Station 2 – Man Makers
Station 3 – Lunges
Station 4 – Hand Release Merkins
We wrapped it up with the Circle of Trust. Bob Vance was the 6. Announcements were made and a prayer was said.
