Warm up: stretching legs on the ground, merkins, side straddle hops, squats, and then a mosey on over to the dumpsters.
The thang: one pax at a time took brake rotors to the pull up (monkey bars) station and did 2 pull up while the rest of the pax completed an exercise. We never repeated an exercise. (merkins, squats, thrusters, klinger kicks, big boys, lbc, hello dolly, burpees, curls, side straddle hops, etc.)
