PAX in Attendance: Cobra Commander, Bambi, Scrooge
PAX came out for a brisk windy day at the Ant Hill. Beat down consisted of 4 rounds which included 10 Pull-ups and another exercise to exhaustion for 2.5 minutes, followed by a lap around the school.
After 4 rounds, the PAX did 3 rounds of growing reps with dips, shoulder press, and calf raises.
The beatdown with finished with a cool down, and ended with a COT and 6.
