Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

7 minute workout
the 7 minute workout is 14 exercises, 30 seconds each. It became popular a few years ago – scientific backing of the routine for a healthy lifestyle. We did it twice, as cooldown and warmup. Searching the app stores for 7 minute workout brings up a plethora of options. The voice on the app I had was annoying ,but we did the work and moved on.
Next, with distancing in mind, we used the parking lot lines to maintain distance. 3 points were called out, and we ran/moved to each point. At the point, we did exercises, then moved to the next. After getting to the 3rd point and performing reps, plank for the 6.
Format:
Run to Point 1, do 10 merkins
Run to point 2, 10 merkins,
run to point 3, 10 merkins.
Switched out running with lunge walks and bear crawls, varying how and what we did. Also through in straight sprints with no stopping at the points.
Switched out merkins with squats, calf raises, flutter kicks, burpees, Lt. Dan.
it was good to be out with the PAX. Bongo brought his nephew, we named him North
