Nice warm winter morning, unusual weather, 46F with a little bit of tail wind that probably helped our 4.07 miles of a Run/Ruck event. Walked briskly for about a quarter mile then started a slow jog intermittently. Gave options to others at upton to take a short cut then at top of the hill by the golf course to do the same. The rest of the PAX during the Ruck/Run stopped at 3 different spots our way of taking a breather, doing Squats at the first spot, Bend rows at the second spot and finally the Merkins at the 3rd spot. Yeast and GAP kept us going at a good clip and didnt let the pace slack.
2nd F with cobrateria, music, Beaker had a fire going. Good conversations and being able to take time and just enjoy the moments of conversations. Most of the PAX stayed for a bit to chat. Great example of men taking time for each other.
FInally the flag has transferred to the New Site Q “Earl Grey”, a person who will lead well in that position and seen him get stronger and motivated for better. Excited for that.
