    Mission: to plant grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership

    Credo: leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him

    We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops (20), Abe Vigodas (10), tempo merkins (10), and a lap around the parking lot.

    We then did a tabata style timed workout with 60 seconds of exercise and 15 seconds of rest between.

    15. Superman pull backs
    16. Hand release merkins
    17. Lt dans
    18. Freddy mercuries
    19. Peter Parker’s
    20. Calf raises
    21. American hammers
    22. Super mans
    23. Diamond merkins
    24. Jump squats
    25. Mt climbers
    26. Heel touches
    27. Burpees
    28. Burpees

    Ended with COR, NOR, COT
