We started with a warmup consisting of Side straddle hops, Abe Vigodas, and chain breakers.
For the work out, we had five cones spaced out about 10 yards each. For each round, we had two different exercises. One was the exercise that we did at cone with a rep count starting at five and increasing by five at each cone. The other was the mode of transportation in between each cone. Once pax got past the last cone, they would side straddle hop or pick up the six and we mosey back to the first cone for the next round
We finished in a circle picking exercises to do in cadence or on our own
Ended with COR, NOR, COT
