Warm-Up – SSH, Old Man Windmills, Chainbreakers and Gummy Worms
15’s – traditional 11’s with 4 extra exercises in the middle
ROUND 1
– uneven merkins, Rifle Carry to the middle, 2 curls, leave the block
– lunges 2 is 1, back to the middle, 2 squats, pick up the block and back to the beginning.
– so uneven merkins and lunges are the 11’s at either end and the curls and squats are the constant in the middle
ROUND 2
– curl press, rifle carry to the middle, 2 manmankers, leave the block
– speed skaters (2 is 1), back to the middle, 2 crunchy frogs, pick up the block and back to the beginning
– so curl press and speed skaters are the 11’s at either end and manmakers and crunchy frogs are the constant in the middle
