Warm Up: 20 Side Straddle Hops (in cadence)
Moseyed to amphitheater
Workout:
Started with 15 burpees as a group
Took turns running the stairs of the amphitheater one at a time. While one person ran, the rest of the group did the following exercises. Goal was to do as many reps as possible OYO by the time the runner got back. We moved up one level of the theater after each excercise. After reaching the top, repeato heading back down. Each excercise was done twice.
