Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
The Thang –
Moseyed to Bushwood where we started with wall sits as we observed our area of operation synchronized to the melodic tune of “The Climb” by inspirational singer, actress, songwriter and icon Destiny Hope Cyrus (Miley Ray Cyrus). Once fully engaged and inspired, we began the first climb of the day:
Round 1 – 21ea calf raises and 10 squats, then move up one level. Repeat until at the top. Mosey back for a wall sit recovery.
Round 2 – 10ea four-count step ups and 10 squats, then move up one level. Repeat until at the top. Mosey back for wall sit recovery.
Round 3 – 4 each leg Bulgarian dips and 10 squats, then move up one level. Repeat until a the top. Mosey back for wall sit recovery.

COT – Prayer of loss for Dauber’s friend and his family. A prayer of thanks for those who have come to F3 to better themselves as men, husbands, fathers and leaders throughout our communities.
