Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    The rain held off until we were just about to start, moral remained high! 70 SSH 10 triple merkin burpees, and ruck around the school for the warm up. Big boys, klingers, crunchy frogs, 25 each. Alarm 1- 25 ruck shoulder press, 20 lunges 2is1 rotate with ruck over knee, 25 LBC, 20 ruck merkins – three times through. Alarm 2 – w/o ruck 20 plank jack shoulder taps, 20 pop squats 1 is1, 20 Peter parkers 1 is1, 20 klinger kicks 2is1. Alarm 3 – no ruck 10 Burpees, 20 pop squats, 20 mtn climbers, 30 sec high knees. Time out after 1 round. Darn… Bullock, sideshow, cobra commander, Sipe, beaker, father mulchay, Koresh, dirty. Love the rain!
