Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    The Thang:
    -22 degrees with windchill, level 2 so the Fuse stayed open.

    Took some cover (not much) in the tunnel to SV track.

    Did sets of 5, 10 and 15 of upper body followed by 3 core exercises IC, sets of 5,10, 15 lower body, core, upper body again, core then run the track and meet partner after running opposite sides and do 5 burpees when you meet and run back.

    Repeato 4 times with final time two laps around track for 15 burpees.

    Run it back to parking lot for final upper body IC of Mike Tysons, HR merkins and Burpees (7 of each)

    Good sweat and fellowship. Ollie was the 6 and did a strong 6 in typical Ollie fashion.

    Great to see Prime out, Danica out and 17 strong for a brutal wind and cold day. Got in over a mile running and a lot of reps for full body.
