Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Work-Out
    S – supermans
    P – pickle pounders
    R – reverse lunges
    I – inchworms
    N – narrow squat
    G – Gator Walk
    10 of each, bear crawl to the first cone, mozie to the 2nd cone and all the way back, repeato with 11 of each, keep going for 15 minutes

    Frisbee Relay to the end of the parking lot and back – every drop is 5 merkins.

    B – Burpees
    R – Rocket Squats = Jump Squats
    E – everyone’s choice
    A – air presses
    K – Klinger Kicks
    10 of each, lunge walk to the first cone, mozie to the 2nd cone and all the way back, repeato with 11 of each, keep going for 15 minutes

    PAX in attendance – Bambi, Dauber, Bullock, Mulcahy, Johnny, Red, John Denver, Flush, Oh Yeah, Gas Man, Palin, and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker
