Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warmup: Jog out with high knees and jog back with butt kickers; 10 SSHs in cadence

    Part 1
    Moseyed to the tennis courts and lined up across the sideline of the 1st court. Pax then completed a walking lunge across the court and then 10 dry docks at the other sideline. Repeato across all courts to the far end and planked for the 6. 3 more sequences completed with the following:
    Round 2- pivot squat across court, 10 big boys
    Round 3- bear crawl across, 10 squats
    Round 4- run across, 10 merkins

    Part 2
    Tabata (8 rounds of alternating 20 sec PT, 10 sec rest) PT included:
    -heels to heaven
    -Al Gores

    CoT: Sideshow was our 6 and spoke of his first beatdown experience. He also, as always, dazzled us with an origin story for his F3 name. FNG Heads or Tails was named due to his deciding which college to attend based on a coin flip. Reminder of Challenge Weekend taking place next Sat/Sun. Prayers for all mothers (our own and those of our children). Always an honor to lead. Aye!
