Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    40 seconds on 20 second rest, 1 minute rest in between rounds
    Round 1 – 2
    American Hammers
    Curls
    Lunges
    Squirls
    Mike Tysons
    Rest

    Game Time – Turling – Tires and Cones. Most cones knocked down in 3 minutes.

    Round 3 – 4
    Crunchy Frogs
    Bent Over Row
    In and Out Squats
    Dips
    Inchworms
    Rest

    Game Time – Turling – Tires and Cones. Set up 4 cones spaced apart, first team to knock down all 4 wins.

    PAX in attendance – Mayor, Sideshow, Mulcahy, Pinewood, Smails, Hardwood and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
