Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warm up
    SSH, Windmill, chain breaker, air press, merkins

    The thang, connect four game set, game board on one side game pieces on the other. Pax split into teams than would do set of 4 exercises 5-10-15-20 after set run to game pieces end and grab a game chip, run back and put in game board (connect four) repeato until one team has won. Play another round with different set of exercises 5-10-15-20

    Great morning before rain moving in. Great Beatdown a lot of fun plenty of room for modifications.
