Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Started off with 5 core principles.
Warmed up with some SSH and Merkins. Performed a warm-up lap around the flag pole and proceeded to the soccer field.
6 Stations were setup:
Stations:
1.) Alternating Sandbag Toss and Burpee 50yd line and mosey back.
2.) Cinder Block Twist and Pass 20 one direction and 20 the other.
3.) Sandbag Toss and Bear Crawl or Lunge | Switch at 25yd line 50 yd line and mosey back.
4.) Cinder block “game” with football:
a. Throw a pass (partner runs to 50yd line and back) — > 10 merkins right arm on block
b. Throw a pass (partner runs to 50yd line and back) — > 10 merkins left arm on block
5.) Indian Bear Crawl to 50 yd line and pull sandbag between legs
6.) 25 Swings w/ Kettle Bell while partner planks; then switch.
In between each station we did a run to the 50 yard line and back. Rotation went from 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 1….
Finished with COT.
