Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    6: Speedo. Talked about making sure we keep inviting guys, even if they don’t jump at the first invitation.

    Warmup: SSH, Michael Phelps
    3 stations

    1. Runners: run around parking lot to rock and back. 5 Burpees at each of 3 cones. Alternate 10 Merkins and 10 Squats on paws on the road (4 total paws). Main timers.

    2. Bands. Lunge/Broad jump to cone, lunge back (timer). Band Merkins, Band Upright Rows, Band Lat Raises (right, left, front, inverted).

    3. Sled. Push Sled to cone and back (timer). Block Curls, Coupon Shoulder Press, Calf Raises, Core.

    Closed with 5 Burpees in cadence.
