Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    warmup = Chain Breakers, Wind Mills and attempted to do Squativators, starting at 10 and abandoned once we hit 8.

    B Blimps, ie Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps, Squats then a run, but each exercise included a Block. Ie Burpee = Manmaker, Imperial Walker holding block, etc.

    this was a Pyramid, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 …. 16, 8, 4, 2, 1. Goal was to hit 32. Once at 32, work way down pyramid. Crazy respect to Hog who finished the entire thing.

    As a side not, Much respect. 33.3% Respect, 22.2% double respect 11.1% less than 2 months from respect. Average age of the group 49.4 years old. Bunch of old people putting in work.
