Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Complete the following exercise set and run to cones at 50 yards out. Add the next exercise to each set. Ending up doing ALL SIX.

    1. Squat Jump – 15x
    2. Mike Tysons – 15x
    3. Crunch Frogs – 15x
    4. Lt. Dan – 15x
    5. Superman – 15x
    6. Hand Release Merkin – 15x

    Cool down with some body weight exercise, stretching.

    Six (6) Cousteau welcome back.
