Work on track, split track into quarters
3 exercises at reps of 5-10-20 at each quarter
5 burpee’s 10 squats 20 BB
5 Mike Tyson 10 jump squats 20 lbc
5 diamond jacks 10 lt dans 20 v ups
5 gummy worms 10 imperial walkers 20 klinger
Also added bleacher work and burpee circle jerk at the end
