Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    5 cones spaced out for length of parking lot
    3 exercises 20 reps each set. Total 5 sets run to first cone after first set, second cone after second set etc….
    Merkins, squats, SSH
    Squat thrusters, imperial walkers, merkin climbers
    Mike Tyson, drop squat, lt dans
