Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
PAX: Arc Flash (Q), Casuem (6), Mayor, TuPac, Yeast, John Denver, Cogsworth, Oh yeah, and Wooderson.
Warmup of leg stretches and arm circles.
Workout starts under canopy.
Start with exercise 1, run to parking lot and back, then exercise 1 and 2 and run, then exercise 1,2,3z ect… until finished, pick up six, depending on how much time is left, repeat or split in half and repeat.
